Full Rig inspection
Rig Inspection shall be conducted according to API standards and through various categories based on the requirements and the purpose of the inspection.
3rd Party rig inspections are conducted for Land Rigs (Drilling & Workover) and for Offshore Rigs prior to hiring a rig to ensure it’s acceptable and in good operational condition to meets a client’s required specifications and suitable to start drilling operations. This helps to minimize downtime and ensures the safety systems are operational.
Drilling contractors may wish to have a Rig inspection for internal review or for planning for maintenance works and refurbishments and after repair as well.

Rig Inspections are preferably completed between wells, so access to all equipment can be managed however they can be completed at Inspections can also be conducted when the rig is at the well location so full testing can be safely and efficiently conducted.
